Tolerance For Ambiguity, Learning Style, Dominant Conflict...
The team has to have people from different majors which are necessary to fulfill the projects. There should be no misunderstanding, ego, complex and domination among the members as it would only destroy the peace and focus on the goal. Strength would be team player, hard worker, focused on achieving target, etc. should be able to balance work and personal life and never let one come in the others path. In this paper I will talk about Tolerance for ambiguity, learning style, dominant conflict management styles, and dominant reactions to dissonance. Analysis: Tolerance for ambiguity: Ambiguity is a psychological construct which describes the relationship that not clear, it could be ambiguous things, behavior, or words. (Budner, 1962, p.29) Tolerance for ambiguity is how to deal with a situation in a calm and genius way. We see here that each individual has a difference and they are different in many ways, which means the way they function varies. It does not mean they would not work efficiently. An idea will have many people suggesting many possible ways to get things done, one should be open to accept it. My ambiguity tolerance score is 63 out of 112, implications of being directed by others: being part of this kind of organization has its advantage especially, it can be learning in the practice how an organization in the area of interest is developed without being the main responsible of its right operation.
